How do I register a vacancy with Joblink Midwest Recruitment (JMR)
You can simply register on Regional Jobs WA. The cost to advertise your position for up to 30 days is a maximum of $55 . Discount job packages are available. You can also contact us direct by calling (08) 9964 1022 or by email from our 'contact us' page.
Will JMR advertise my vacancy for me?
We will place your vacancy if preferred. You can e-mail to us at [email protected] or phone your ad through (08) 9964 1022.
If I require JMR to recruit my staff, how long does the process take?
JMR will provide a suitable timeline to depending on your recruitment needs. You will be kept informed during every step of the process. Here is an example of our Level 2 service for an administration (office) position with a closing date of 8th May: (note; timelines are negotiated and agreed with the employer at commencement)

If I require JMR to recruit my staff, how long does the process take?
JMR will provide a suitable timeline to depending on your recruitment needs. You will be kept informed during every step of the process. How and when will I be charged?
You will be invoiced monthly on a pro-rata basis. The table below provides our current fees for each level of service. Additional charges apply and can be quoted for such services as:

- Drug and alcohol testing
- Travel and accommodation
- Video/ Tele conference costs
- Keyboarding
- Verification of qualifications

- The balance of your invoice is only payable when our Candidate successfully commences employment with you.

What are your Replacement guarantees?
In the unlikely event that the candidate supplied by Joblink Midwest Recruitment proves unsatisfactory to you, within your guarantee period, we agree to provide a replacement, at no charge, for the same position as long as; you have paid us within the agreed payment terms, you have not made the candidate redundant or transferred them to another position. (Only for Level 2 and 3, refer to table above)
If the replacement is not required for any reason, the original payment is then not refundable and is not a credit for future positions. Note, that any replacements provided are for one occasion only.
What about Privacy?
Joblink Midwest Recruitment is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 and takes seriously its obligations in relation to collection, use and access of personal information held in relation to candidates. All details on clients and candidates are kept confidential and are used only to assist in the recruitment process. All introductions of candidates are confidential, the passing of any information to third parties, which results in the appointment of any referred candidate, shall render you, the client, liable for the placement fee.
How does your Indemnity policy work?
You, the client, agree to indemnify and keep Joblink Midwest Recruitment indemnified against any and all actions, claims, demands, damages, liabilities and costs or expenses arising from, out of, or in respect to the company’s management of the placement and the introduction/appointment of a candidate by the client, provided the company acts responsibly in fulfilling its obligations pursuant to this agreement. Any candidates referred to the client either verbally or in writing will remain candidates of Joblink Midwest Recruitment for a period of 12 months from the date of the initial introduction. Should any candidate be employed during that period in any position with the client’s company, the fee for that placement is payable to Joblink Midwest Recruitment, by the client.
Please note Joblink Midwest Recruitment cannot take responsibility for the accuracy of information supplied by candidates or from references obtained from candidates’ previous employers. Clients may complete their own verification checks of a candidate’s skills, employment history, personal conduct, professional qualifications, medical certificates or work permits. Joblink Midwest Recruitment, its agents or its employees accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage caused to the client by the introduction and employment of any candidate.
